Back and Cardio Workout

Today I completed workout #1 for the week. I completed a great workout on my back and did a few AB workouts. I ended my workout with cardio. I'm extremely tired right now! If you want to know exactly what I did let me know.

LiveFit 12 Week Training

I start my new workout training Monday!!! I changed my mind about what workouts I'll do. After more researching online I came across Jamie Eason's LiveFit 12 Week Training. The training includes a meal diet and daily workouts performed at the gym. My plan is to start with Phase 2 instead of Phase 1.

New Workout Plans

So, I haven't been as focused with my workout and diet and I should be. Summer is just about over and my birthday was last week..now I'm ready to focus. I've set new goals for myself and have been doing research all week on new exercises and weight lifting tips that'll be helpful in helping me to reach my goals. I was very impressed with the way I looked at the beach summer. I lost a lot of body fat now its time for me to cut up and define my muscles more. To help keep myself motivated I plan to post my workout routines everyday next week! Join me if you'd like:)
