LiveFit 12 Week Training

I start my new workout training Monday!!! I changed my mind about what workouts I'll do. After more researching online I came across Jamie Eason's LiveFit 12 Week Training. The training includes a meal diet and daily workouts performed at the gym. My plan is to start with Phase 2 instead of Phase 1.
