Several weeks ago I started taking an Adult Modern dance class. I absolutely live it!! We're learning a dance to Burnout Mars song Just The Way You are. I love that song.
By the way my dance class is a great form of cardio for me. I'm not a big fan of cardio when I go to the gym. I'm more so into weight lifting. So my class twice a week helps to balance things out.
